If you’re worried about a rattlesnake deciding to pull a Houdini and seemingly disappear leading up to our arrival, our free 24-hour return policy (see details below) may minimize your worry. Every once in a while, a rattlesnake is able to temporarily become a ninja and either escape or get somewhere impossible to access. In these cases, we are glad to offer a 24-hour period of time (starting at the end of a visit to your home or property), to make a return visit for free if the snake reappears. Most of the time, a snake that is able to become a ninja once generally isn’t able to always pull it off twice, usually resulting in the snake getting captured during the second visit.
This free policy currently applies to the following cities/towns: Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Loomis, Newcastle, Penryn, Granite Bay, Roseville, Auburn, Applegate, Meadow Vista, Weimar, Sheridan, Wheatland, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Orangevale, Gold River, & Carmichael.
Extended range
Outside of the free return area, the 24 hour return policy can still apply. In these more distant areas, a relatively small fee for fuel may apply. A $25 – $45 fuel fee to make a return visit inside of roughly 24 hours applies to the following locations: Sacramento (city limits), Rancho Cordova, La Riviera, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Pilot Hill, Cool, Colfax, Coloma, Placerville, North Auburn, Lake of the Pines, Alta Sierra, Grass Valley, Penn Valley, Lake Wildwood, & Smartsville.
If your city or town isn’t listed above and you have concerns about the viability of capturing a rattlesnake at your location, feel free to give us a call or shoot us a text to see if we can help sort the situation out or offer some advice/ideas.
Additionally, the above policy can occasionally be extended to more than 24 hours or changed depending on each situation. No rattlesnake situation is ever quite the same, so different terms can apply to each situation. As mentioned above, give us a call to determine how we can help bring you some peace of mind.
